Farming Motes of Fire – Top Spot

What makes the Elemental Plateau our Top Spot is the fact that you can farm for Primal Fire AND Motes of other Elements at the same time. Being able to fly to get up there is comfortable. If you only want Motes of Fire, you better look for the Hellfire Peninsula Spot.

Farming Primal Fire in Blade’s Edge Mountain

If you have a lot of competition on the Elemental Plateau or don’t feel like farming there (or don’t have a flying mount) you can try one of the following two spots in Blade’s Edge Mountain.

Farming Motes of Fire on the Hellfire Peninsula

Kil’jaeden’s Throne is an area you can only get to with a flying mount. The fire elementals up here respawn relatively quickly, though, and there should be enough enemies (assuming no one farms alongside you) so you don’t have to wait for respawns. The elementals are called Incandescent Fel Spark.

Farming Primal Fire in Shadowmoon Valley

This is another spot where you don’t need a flying mount. You can farm for Fire here aswell!
