Leatherworking – Burning Crusade Classic

In this WoW guide everything revolves around Burning Crusade Classic Leatherworking and how to level it.

This guide may undergo changes after the release of Burning Crusade Classic.
It may also contain information that is not viable until a certain Phase of the AddOn.

Outland Leatherworking Trainer

Burning Crusade Classic Leatherworking can be learned from the following trainers:

  • WoW Allianz  Brumman – Honor Hold, Hellfire Peninsula [56, 63]
  • WoW Horde Barim Spilthoof – Thrallmar, Hellfire Peninsula [56, 37]
  • WoW AllianzWoW Horde Darmari of Lower City, Shattrath [67, 68]

If you can’t find your trainer, you can always ask a city guard.

If you are not at 300 yet, take a look at our Classic Leatherworking Guide.

Specialization-Quests

Leatherworking, like several other professions, offers you the chance to hone your abilities in a specific area once you reach level 45 and skill level 200. Dragonscale is for spell using Mail-wearers, Elemental is for physical DPS Leather-wearers, and Tribal is for spell using Leather-wearers.

Dragonscale Leatherworking

To learn Dragonscale Leatherworking you need to talk to WoW Allianz Peter Galen in Azshara, between The Forlorn Ridge and the Ruins of Eldarath or WoW Horde Thorkaf Dragoneye in Badlands, west of Lethlor Ravine.

Once you finish that quest you will learn Tribal Leatherworking.

Patterns

In TBC, some most of the important recipes you’re able to craft after skill level 350 are either earned through reputation grinding or found in various chests, raids, instances, or zones in Outland. In fact, the only useful high-level recipes that you can really learn from trainers are those in your specialization. Otherwise, you’ll need to find the patterns elsewhere

Specialization Patterns

Specialization Patterns are all teached by your trainers.
