The mobs here in Netherstorm in the bio-dome should actually respawn fast enough that you never have to just stand around. Besides, it’s not far to the Stormspire, where there’s a vendor who can take some of the load off your pockets if you’re in doubt.

This is where you look for the Talbuks, which are a bit more scattered than the mobs under the dome, but still make for a very efficient farm spot.
