In an official Blue post, Blizzard announced the date and time for the change from Season 1 to Season 2.
- Season 1 End: 07.09.2021 – 10.p.m CEST (22.00 Germany)
- This will begin a one-week offseason, and the adjustments to Season 1 Arena and Honor gear costs will go into effect.
- Burning Crusade Classic Arena Season 2 will begin with the regional reset on September 15 in this region.
- Finally, Season 1 awards will go out with the regional reset the following week (September 22 in this region).
Honor will not be reset at the beginning of Season 2. When Season 1 ends, there will be a one-week offseason period. When Season 2 begins, any remaining unspent Arena points will be converted to Honor Points at a rate of: 1 Arena Point = 10 Honor Points.
PvP Rewards
Outland factions’ PvP gear now unlocks with Phase 2 and requires Revered reputation to purchase.
- These are items sold in Thrallmar, Honor Hold, Cenarion Expedition, The Sha’tar, Lower City, and the Keepers of Time.
- The reputation requirement will be adjusted to Honored when Sunwell Plateau is released, to match the original Burning Crusade patch 2.4.
