You need Herbalism 1 to gather this herb.
Tirisfal (Horde)
Tirisfal is the best zone for Horde players to farm Silverleaf as well als Peacebloom. There is a Herbalism trainer in Brill also.
Elwynn Forest (Alliance)
Alliance players do farm these two herbs in the Elwynn Forest. Take a big circle through the whole zone and there should be respawn after you finished it.
