Leveling 1–300 · Trainers · Patterns · Merchant Favor
Why choose Tailoring in Forever?
Craft cloth armor, bags, and shirts from Linen, Wool, Silk, and Mageweave. These fabrics drop from humanoid enemies.
Buy threads and dyes from tailoring supply vendors. The Wool route saves some early Mageweave Bolts, but requires Elixirs of Wisdom.
Leveling path 1–300: Learn Artisan Tailoring at skill 200 and character level 35. Yellow and green recipes may require additional crafts; buy expensive materials in stages.

Materials and Preparation
This list covers the main path with Bolts of Silk Cloth starting at 100 and Bolts of Mageweave starting at 140. Quantities are estimates: yellow and green recipes may require extra materials. Bolts are used in later crafts, so do not buy them twice.

Estimated Shopping List to 225
The fixed steps consume 60 Linen Cloth; 65 allows a small buffer. The first 45 Bolts of Woolen Cloth plus another 104 bolts require 447 Wool Cloth in total. The early 40 Bolts of Silk Cloth and 17 Bolts of Mageweave are included in the totals.

Cheaper Paths and Alternatives
Stop at 225: Learn Artisan Tailoring to progress beyond 225, then continue with the 225–300 route.
Alternative 140–150: Wool instead of Mageweave Bolts
Instead of crafting 17 Bolts of Mageweave, make about 31 more Gloves of Meditation: 124 Bolts of Woolen Cloth, 93 Fine Threads, and 31 Elixirs of Wisdom. You still need all 180 Bolts of Mageweave for later gloves and bags by 225. This alternative only delays that production and adds 372 Wool Cloth, 93 Fine Threads, and 31 Elixirs to the main path.
Tailoring 225–300: Leveling Guide
