Copper Ore is the first ore you can farm in World of Warcraft. You can find Copper Ores first and foremost in the starting zones and in low level zones. There is no difference between these zones, but the zones listed below are a little bit better than their alternative zones. If you are below level 20, just mine whereever you are questing.
Durotar (Horde)
Durotar is a really good place to farm Copper Ore for Horde players. There are some caves, in which you can usually find 3-4 veins.
Darkshore (Alliance)
When it comes to Alliance players, Darkshore is the best place to farm Copper Ore.
